Who we are
Several years ago, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. For those that may not know exactly what that means, it is technically poisonous for me to consume gluten, which consist of wheat, barley, and rye products. I was not diagnosed with this until later in my life. This diagnosis caused my family and I to have to make significant changes to our daily lives. For years, I have missed having something as simple as a piece of rye toast for breakfast and a sweet treat after dinner.
I have tried many places that serve gluten free products, to include baked goods over the years. For the longest time, I felt that I would just have to sacrifice flavor, taste, and enjoyment. I decided at that point to start creating and experimenting with baked goods to bring back the enjoyment of delicious and flavor filled items.
My products are 100% gluten free for those with Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivities, or those who just choose to eat gluten free to enjoy.
